All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. 


Please inspect and confirm your package upon arrival. Any inaccuracies or missing products will be addressed. 

It is highly recommended to upgrade for tracking on orders containing many flat items (ex. die cut stickers, sticker sheets, etc.)

Please understand that once the package is handed to the post office, it is beyond my control what happens to it during transit. 


Any taxes, duties, or customs fees that incur upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. 


✦✦ Where are you shipping from? ✦✦

Shipping is from Canada. 


✦✦ How do I track my package? ✦✦

Shipping for non-flat items will include tracking for most countries. I will contact you if the courier is unable to provide tracking for your country prior to shipping. 

Default shipping will be UNTRACKED for flat products.
(Example: stickers, sticker sheets)

If you would like tracking, please add the "Upgrade ✦ Tracking" listing to your cart.

For untracked orders, I cannot provide the status of the delivery. Once the package has been handed to the post office, it is beyond my control what happens to it during transit.

✦✦ How long does shipping take? ✦✦

Orders are shipped out weekly. 

Estimated delivery times are as follows: 
Canada & USA: 1-3 weeks
International: 1-2 months

Please keep in mind that there may be substantial delays due to Covid-19 restrictions and holiday delivery backlog.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder products will ship only once preorder products are ready. 


✦✦ Can I pick up locally instead? ✦✦

Yes. Local pick-ups will be available on Sundays at Metrotown, Burnaby. 

Arrangements will be made via e-mail, and failure to respond within 1 week of contact may result in the cancellation of your order. Orders may also be cancelled if your address is not local (ex: out of province, not in Canada).

To avoid any delays or issues, please use an e-mail that you will check frequently.


✦✦ Can I change my address? ✦✦

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. 

If there are any errors or changes to your shipping address, please contact me via email as soon as possible. For in-stock orders, please contact me within 24 hours. 

Shipping fees cannot be refunded once the package has been shipped. 


✦✦ How long does preorder production take? ✦✦

Production time may take a few weeks to several months.

Preorder listings will also include the estimated shipping time but please be aware that there may be delays.


✦✦ Can I host a group order? ✦✦

Group orders are very welcomed and encouraged to keep shipping costs low. 

Please contact me for arrangements.


✦✦ What is P4P / Pay for Production? ✦✦

No profit is involved in the sales of P4P products. They are priced at the cost of manufacturing and packaging materials. 

As such, these products are ungraded and may present with some flaws.
